1. Restaurant Reservations. Montparnasse Asian Fusion restaurant provides the Reservation Services to its customers for the purpose of assisting you in securing dining reservations at the Restaurant (“the Restaurant being Mont Parnasse”). In response to the Customer’s online request for a Restaurant reservation through the the Reservations form, Montparnasse will instantly be informed of your request. The availability of reservations is determined at the time of your query. Once a reservation is submitted by you online using the Reservations form, you will receive an email of your reservation request. You will then be called by a member of the Montparnasse restaurant service team who will confirm your reservation, if for any reason you have not been called by Montparnasse please call them on +357 22 35 71 71 or email us.
2. No-Show Policy. Mont Parnasse is committed to providing high quality service to all its Customers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the Restaurant, Customers must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honour at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation by calling the Restaurant directly on +357 22 35 71 71.Your Account may be terminated if you are a no-show for four reservations within a 12-month period. Customers agree that all final no-show determinations will be made by Mont Parnasse restaurant’s sole discretion.
